NeuroMeditative Art
Enter a space of contemplative stillness and creative flow in this unique Neuromeditative Art workshop, where the gentle rhythm of neuroart meets the grounding practice of silent meditation. Rooted in mindfulness and inner awareness, this experience invites you to explore the calming, organic process of neuroart—a simple, meditative drawing technique using flowing lines, repeated patterns, and intuitive mark-making.
We begin in quiet meditation, allowing the mind and body to settle into presence. From this space of inner stillness, we transition into creating neuroart—letting the pen move freely across the page without judgment or plan. The practice unfolds in silence, fostering a deep connection between breath, movement, and the creative process.
This is not about skill or perfection, but about letting go, tuning in, and allowing your nervous system to unwind through gentle visual expression. Each drawing becomes a visual map of your inner landscape—a reflection of the present moment, grounded in calm awareness.
No art or meditation experience is required. All materials are provided. This practice is open to all who are curious about the intersection of mindfulness, creativity, and nervous system regulation.

Step into a space of presence, breath, and creative self-discovery in this Expressive Mindfulness workshop, where we explore two foundational attitudes of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR): letting go and non-judgment. This workshop gently guides participants through the basics of mindfulness practice—paying attention, on purpose, in the present moment—with compassion and curiosity.
Through a blend of guided breathwork, gentle awareness practices, and expressive activities, we’ll cultivate a deeper connection to our inner experience. You’ll learn to recognize thoughts, sensations, and emotions as they arise—without clinging to them or pushing them away. We explore how to let go of expectations and judgments, creating space for authentic presence and clarity.
Mindful expression—through breath, stillness, and simple creative reflection—becomes a doorway into deeper awareness, self-compassion, and emotional regulation.
Enter the quiet rhythm of needle and thread as you explore the healing practice of mindfulness through the art of stitching labyrinths. In this contemplative workshop, we focus on two key attitudes of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR): awareness and letting go—inviting presence, ease, and curiosity into the creative process.
The labyrinth is an ancient symbol of journey and return—a walking meditation for the hands and heart. Here, we bring it to life through slow, intentional stitching. As you stitch the winding path, you’ll be gently guided to notice thoughts, sensations, and emotions without clinging or resistance. Each stitch becomes a moment of awareness. Each curve of the labyrinth offers a chance to let go.
No artistic or sewing experience is required. This is not about precision or perfection, but about showing up fully, one breath and one stitch at a time.
Discover the meditative and expressive power of textiles in this Textile Collage workshop, where fabric, thread, and found objects come together to tell quiet, meaningful stories. Rooted in the principles of simplicity and presence, this workshop introduces participants to the gentle art of textile collage using basic running stitches, Boro-inspired mending techniques, and repurposed materials such as fabric scraps, old garments, and small found treasures.
We begin with an introduction to HeartMath breathwork, a simple and effective method for grounding the nervous system, calming the heart, and cultivating inner coherence. This breath-centered practice prepares us to create from a place of calm awareness and embodied presence.
From there, we enter a hands-on exploration of slow stitching and intuitive fabric layering. Inspired by the Japanese tradition of Boro, which honors repair and visible mending, we will embrace imperfection, texture, and the beauty of what has been used and worn. Each collage becomes a personal reflection—a patchwork of memory, breath, and intention.

From this grounded, heart-centered space, you'll be invited to express what you discover through intuitive watercolor washes, collage elements, and spontaneous poetry or word fragments. The process is fluid and open-ended, offering a gentle invitation to explore inner emotions, memories, dreams, and symbolic imagery.
This is not about artistic skill, but about creating from presence and personal truth. Each piece becomes a layered map of your inner landscape—visually rich, emotionally honest, and deeply personal.
